impossible deleting

Hi all,
I'm DB administrator, with full access and permissions, but I can't delete any folder or project.
The red X icon is always disabled...

Any idea?

DOORS explorer has two panes, left and right. To Delete, the folder/module/project must be selected in the RIGHT pane. Also, nobody else may have that thing open, even for Read.
